These terms and conditions govern your use of Redipix.com services. Your use of our services implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions which constitutes a binding legal agreement. You must be 13 years or older to use Redipix.com services.
Our goal is 100% satisfaction. If you are not happy with the quality of your order, contact us within 30 days and we will refund your payment or repair or reprint free of charge if the following conditions are met. You must return the defective print to us or otherwise provide proof that it was destroyed. We will warn you before printing if we see poor image quality resulting from inadequate resolution, improper exposure, noise, jpeg artifacts, other defects, or poor choices in the design. If you approve printing in spite of our warning, then we will not reprint or refund your order if you are unhappy for these reasons. If orders are submitted with a discount for print-ready images, then these prints are not eligible for refund or reprinting by Redipix.com due to cropping, color, brightness, or contrast issues. If there is any text in the image, you are responsible for any errors such as spelling and placement. If you are concerned about color and brightness, we suggest you request free printed proofs. If you approve printed proofs, then a refund or replacement will be made for color, brightness, or image quality issues only if the final print is different from the proof. We guarantee the final print size will be correct to within 1/8 inch per foot of print (a 36" print may be off by 3/8") so if you require a certain size you need to add this amount of bleed to your image and order the larger size.
If a print is damaged in shipping, we will reprint and ship for free provided that we are advised of the damage within 2 weeks of delivery and provided that the box and all packing materials are saved for inspection by the carrier. Before reprinting, we will ask you to return to us a 6x6 inch portion from the center of the print to prove that it was destroyed.
Redipix.com uses a color managed workflow. If you are not color managed, then previews that we email to you may look different on your monitor compared to the print you receive from us. To be sure the colors are right, you should be color managed or request free printed proofs.
We will prepare your images for printing before you pay. However, your payment must be submitted and cleared before we print.
You must have the legal right to all of the images you upload or share with Redipix.com. Images provided to you by professional photographers or made available through web sites, magazines, books or other resources are protected by copyright laws and must not be uploaded or shared in any fashion without written consent from the owner.
The following actions will constitute grounds for blocking access to the Redipix.com service, removal of posted material, and non-fulfillment of any part or all of your order.
We take every precaution to insure the safety of prints, film, and slides you submit to us for duplication or mounting; however, error is always possible. You should not submit materials that have significant sentimental value. Submitting any print, film, or slide to Redipix.com for duplication, mounting, or other handling constitutes an agreement by you that any damages or loss by Redipix.com, even though due to the negligence or other fault by us, will only entitle you to replacement with a like amount of unexposed film and processing or printing services of existing film or digital files. Except for such replacement or printing, the acceptance is without other warranty or liability, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded.
