Packaging and shipping
Shipping options
- 2-5 day UPS ground to contiguous US addresses costs $20 for orders up to $100 and 20% of order above that.
- If your order is over $100 you can choose to have us bill you for actual packaging/shipping costs (could be larger than above).
- For other shipping options (1-day or 2-day shipping, or for Hawaii, Alaska, and foreign addresses) -- contact us for a shipping quote.
- You may pick up at our location in West Lafayette, IN (no shipping charge).
Packaging
We pack well to be sure your prints arrive safely. Unmounted and Stretch-roll prints will be shipped in a tube; mounted prints will be well-protected and placed in a sturdy flat box.
Shipping
We ship by 2-5 day UPS ground to the contiguous US (inquire if outside US or if Alaska or Hawaii), for which we charge $20 (20% of total if over $100). See below for transit times.
If you would like us to ship with a different class, check that option during checkout and we will get you a shipping quote before starting your order. If your order is over $100, you can choose to not pay shipping when you place your order, then we will bill you separately later for actual shipping costs (but note that they may be more than 20%).
Please place separate orders if you want to ship to two or more addresses.
Damage in shipping
Please notify us right away if your print is damaged in shipment. It would help to email to us a photo of the damaged packing box and print. Save the box in case we ask you to return the print. We will send you a replacement print.
Note that Saturday and Sunday are not considered shipping days by UPS.
