When you click on a price above, you will be taken to the options form where you can specify all the details for your print. You can upload all your images at once, before or after placing your order, using the upload link at the top of every page. You can wait on paying until you are happy with the proofs.
We usually ship 1-3 business days from the time the order is finalized (after your approval of any image edits). Standard shipping is 2-5 day UPS ground. Let us know if you need your order by a certain date and we will give you your options. Contact us about availability of 24-hour rush processing and overnight shipping.
You can either have us crop your image to fit the print size you choose or you can specify a print size on which your image will fit exactly. To do the latter you will need to know the pixel dimension of your image. You can find that in any editing program, or in Vista you can right click on the image file and select properties. Then choose the small dimension for your print and calculate the large dimension by multiplying the small dimension by the ratio of the pixel dimensions (large over small). This ratio is called the aspect ratio and for uncropped images is usually 1.5 for SLR cameras and 1.33 for compact cameras.
