Packaging

We pack well to be sure your prints arrive safely. Unmounted prints will be shipped in a tube; mounted prints will be well-protected and placed in a sturdy box.

Shipping by UPS

Our standard shipping is 1-5 day UPS ground. See map below for transit times. 1-day, 2-day, and 3-day options are available during checkout.

Multiple addresses

You can split up a single order and ship to more than one address. Place all prints in your cart, add addresses to your address book, then specify which print goes to which address during checkout.

Blind drop shipping

We will ship direct to your customer without including any of our branding on the print, in the box, or on the shipping label. The return address will be yours. This is a free service. You can provide us with a packing slip, business cards, gift card, or anything else you want included in the shipment. Note that for shipments to Canada we are required to provide a commercial invoice with our company name.

Damage in shipping

Please notify us right away if your print is damaged in shipment. Save the box and print together at your location so the carrier can inspect it (this should happen in just 1 or 2 days). It would help to email to us photos of the damaged packing box and print (we will tell you what photos are needed). We will send you a free replacement print.
