Ordering

To begin your order, click on one of the buy buttons for the mounting and size of your choice in the price tables below. The next few paragraphs provide pre-sales information.

Turn-around time

We usually ship 1-3 days from the time the order is finalized (after your approval of any image edits). Standard shipping is 2-5 day UPS ground so you should have your order, ready to hang, in 3-10 days. Let us know if you need your order by a certain date and we will give you your shpping options.

Print sizes

We can print and mount to any size up to that listed in the tables. We will quote on sizes between those listed. The mount size is the overall dimension after mounting. The print and finished mount size are the largest possible for that paper size -- the actual size depends on the image aspect ratio (see below). Note that the mount sizes are smaller for Gallery wrap since the canvas/paper print wraps around the sides. Order the similar Box mount to avoid this reduction in size.

Aspect ratio and cropping

This is the width-to-height ratio or how square or rectangular the image is. The aspect ratio will depend on the camera type and cropping, if any. Typically compact digital cameras have an aspect ratio of 1.33:1 and 35-mm film cameras and digital SLRs have an aspect ratio of 1.5:1. Choose the paper size that is closest to the aspect ratio of your image after any cropping. On the options page you will specify whether you want us to crop to the paper aspect ratio or any other custom size.

If you require extensive editing, restoration, separation of the main subject from the background, or a many-image composite, we will give you a quote for your approval before the work begins...more

If you don't see what you want on this web site, please contact us. For example, we will purchase special papers for your order, and we will mount prints you obtain elsewhere.

Half-price prints after the first!

Selling your prints? Gifts for lots of family and friends? Several panels from one image (a triptych)? Pay full price for the first print, then duplicates of the same image, same size, placed in the same order, are half price.

Packaging and shipping

We pack well and ship by UPS ground to the contiguous US (inquire for Hawaii, Alaska, other countries). Shipping/packaging is $20 (20% for orders over $100) or we can bill for actual costs...more

Flat mount / Floating mount Print is mounted on 3/16 inch white or black foamboard. The edge of foamboard shows. Small ones can stand on a table or stick to the wall with hook-loop fasteners.
