Better than stretched canvas

Our Gallery Wrap Elite is made with high quality Canvas or Satin cloth dry-mounted to sturdy acid-free foam board which protects the back of the canvas from humidity and airborne contaminants. Two layers of 3/16-inch foam board keep the canvas flat, and a plastic panel keeps humidity from the foam board. The corners look perfect (no folded canvas), the sides stay straight (no warping wood), all museum-quality materials (no wood in contact with print), and canvas is well supported (no sagging and waviness with high humidity). Wood contains acids that attack canvas from the back and eventually yellow the image.

Although our fine art papers and luster photo paper will crack when bending around the sides, our Canvas and Satin Cloth work well for this mounting. Choose your mounting depth

The distance your print stands out from the wall can can range from 1 to 3 inches in 1/4-inch increments (you won't find that range anywhere else!). Prints in the 16x20 size look great with 1.5-inch depth and the largest sizes look great with a 2-inch depth.

• Your image can wrap around the sides. This works great if there is enough space around your main subject.
• We can clone the background of the image on one or more edges (no extra charge).
• We can print a solid color or color with texture on the sides (see examples). The color can be black, white, or the same as some color in the image.
• We can make a mirror image of the outer 1-2 inches on one or more sides.
• We can blur the image on the sides starting with original or mirror image.

Specify custom size in inches for instant Gallery wrap price: Orientation The width is shown in the table as the smaller dimension, so the width is the horizontal dimension for portrait orientation and the vertical dimension for landscape orientation. Make sure your image fits on the print To obtain the largest print for the lowest price, be sure to select “crop to chosen size” on the options page or, if you don't want any cropping, follow these steps to compute the dimensions for gallery wrap with the image on the sides: Choose a depth and the small dimension. Compute the large dimension: Add twice the depth to the small dimension, multiply by the ratio of the pixel dimensions of the digital image (1.5 for uncropped SLR image), then subtract twice the depth.  ?  Add custom size to table After you enter dimensions and click on “>>”, the price will be displayed and can be added to the table for comparison with other sizes. When you are happy with an entry in the table, select that one by clicking on the “Choose options” button. Decimal inches You can enter sizes as fractions of an inch. *The face size is the size of the mounted print that you see when viewing from the front. For Gallery wrap you need to plan your image for the sides.
